This week Denae and Vanessa sit down with Kari and Alexa to hear their journeys of having a breast reduction. We talk about growing up feeling uncomfortable in your body, what to expect when getting a breast reduction, and how they feel physically and emotionally now.

Fun fact, Kari and Alexa did not know each other before recording this episode! We loved hearing two different stories and perspectives about the same topic. They both shared about experiencing so many difficulties from having large breasts, such as chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, skin irritation, and poor self-image related to having large breasts.

As always, we have our weekly check-in, we hear about the sexual earthquake Denae woke up to and Vanessa's difficulties sleeping.
