Mr Andrew Small joins me in this episode to discuss performance enhancement screening and issue of early specialisation in sport. Andy is currently working as the high performance advisor at the Jon McEnroe tennis academy in New York, having previously worked extensively with the Australian national diving and volleyball teams.
Andrew has a wealth of knowledge in physiotherapy, strength & conditioning and exercise physiology, which made him a perfect guest for the very first youth athlete development podcast.
Thanks Andy for coming on the show!
Enjoy and please get in touch if you have any feedback...
