Frédéric Zürcher started his career as an elementary school teacher in New York State before teaching on the high school level and later a professor of education in France. The award of several US and international patents brought him to USA, where he has been involved in product developments, marketing, operations, and general management, as well as CEO of several US and Far East based companies.

His long-term interest in education, psychology, and theology has motivated the writing of this book.
