I thought it would be more complex but he helped me navigate the waters and get me what I thought was really good deal for my home. He seemed to be very focused on the details. For instance there were lots of forms to fill out and he took the time to send an email to explain how to fill them out and then he invited me to the office to walk me through page by page. So I felt like he took extra care to make sure I was successful in the paperwork aspect. And that’s just like with the listing getting all the paperwork in order to put it into the MLS.”
