Communication can take many forms: a casual conversation with a colleague, a strategic planning session with the team, a presentation to the board, or emails back and forth with clients. And just as much as communication is words, spoken or written, communication is also something felt. Think about it. We feel the energy of the message and are impacted temporarily or permanently by this energy. Whether the communication is given or received, our energy may or may not shift as a result. We may be inspired to take action, become angry or upset, retreat, or we may stay where we are and continue on our existing path.
