Ashley Maina is the Founder of Ashley Maina Coaching. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Transformational Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Vocal Resonance Facilitator, Ashley has synthesized her training and experience into an approachable methodology to help women reinvent themselves with ease by harnessing the power of the voice, pleasure, and sensuality. Ashley's unique approach is designed to help women break out of their stuck & rigid body, their pedestrian level thinking (checking boxes and lists, doing as society tells us to do) mind and come into a place of deep inner fulfillment and confidence that is self sourced.

Ashley is a certified transformational coach, a sensual yoga instructor, a certified facilitator of The Vocal Resonance Method and a candidate as a somatic sex educator - currently studying somatic sex education. Having spent the last decade living in the greater Boston area, Ashley now lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two young boys. In her personal time, she is learning how to sing, song-write, and play the frame drum.
