The new platform combines K2's industry-leading process automation with an open, modern cloud integration service to remove the cost and complexity of building point-to-point integrations. But it's far more than a rebranding and listeners get to hear about some of the significant expansions to the platform, the plans ahead for a new solutions marketplace and there was even time to chat about intelligent case management.
