Communicate. Don't assume. 

Have the courage to ask powerful questions... When the time is right.  It should be safe to ask questions, without trying to be right. In fact if you can avoid taking things personally you can empower yourself to leave assumption something of the past. 

Not everyone thinks and feels like you, but we don't have to beat each other up just because our reality is polar opposite. Sometimes opposites are a beautiful thing if you can stop judging, and assuming that your way is the right way. Boss!!
