There are beliefs we hold in our minds that may or may not serve us. As Children we are taught lessons, and custom methods to cope with life in ways that could have been misunderstood in our underdeveloped minds. It is now our full-time job to unlearn many of these behaviors as adults and create a life more in alignment with who we really are. Our individual personalities are beautiful in the diversity that manifest on planet earth. There are ways to understand yourself and others when powerful questions arise and brought to life, even if they challenge the status quo. The more powerful the questions are the more powerful the answers will be. Do you question what you have learned? Do you wonder why things don't always seem easy to resonate with you, your life, your soul, your journey? Consider the question: what do I say, speak, think in my mind (voice in my head), about myself and others?
