Debbie is the owner and head of Shady Oak Primary School, which serves grades 1-5 in Fort Bend County, Texas, and is an international speaker, with a vast experience of speaking to students, teachers, corporate America, entrepreneurs and people who want to be successful in life.

Debbie is the author of multiple books, - ‘Share Your Message with the World’ is an International Best Seller.

She started speaking in conferences for Applebaum Training Institute in 2003, where she traveled the country training behavior management techniques for the classroom and has spoken to audiences from 800 - 1,500 teachers.

As a certified Nurtured Heart Approach Instructor she is able to deal with any child under any circumstance and working at the Calgary Young Offender Center, in Alberta Canada, she ran the disciplinary unit that housed males between the ages of 12 – 18 who had committed very serious crimes.
