Cara is a Mindset Coach, the Author of the E-Book, "Make FiFo Your B!tch!!" 

And runs her Coaching Practice under the name of: In The Mindz

She has a deep desire to bring the best out in men, providing the platform in their personal and professional lives by improving mindset through implementing effective tactics that will inevitably have a positive ripple effect on the health of an entire family.

Cara explains that construction and mining workers have some of the highest suicide rates in Australia as reported by the National Coronial Information System. Men in particular aren’t taught how to healthily express emotion, will have a tendency to bottle things up, will often convey their emotion through anger which can sometimes lead to the dreaded ‘black dog’. 

The stigma attached to mental health, stops men from seeking support when they need it the most. This is where Cara is able to help as an exceptional Mindset Coach.

Her intention is to support FIFO families through the uncertainty and stress that the FIFO lifestyle can have on the family unit, so that their kids need not to go through the same tumultuous tracks that she did.
