Having endured sexual assault as a child by 5 family members, JamieLynn spent ten+ years working on personal development and leadership training, transforming her life from survivor to Thriver.

Out of her transformation she founded Arise Empowered LLC, whose mission of empowering lives, one voice at a time, offers products, courses, and empowerment coaching around sexual assault.

A trained public speaker, Jamie-Lynn delivered a talk on thriving after sexual abuse at DEBx Tempe.

She hosts the Breakthrough & Thrive Summit.

Through her own healing and discovering her voice, JamieLynn saw that she was making a difference for others and has chosen to lead others in finding their path to healing. A seeker and mystic, JamieLynn also provides energy healings.
