It’s the final episode of Season 2 and we took a look back at how far we have come. To wrap this season up, we talked about self awareness - specifically what it means to be self aware and why it’s important to be self aware. Since our personalities, actions, reactions, emotions, thoughts, values and beliefs say a lot about self awareness, we took a deep dive into our teenage years and read through our childhood journals to see how much self awareness we have developed since then. We of course got to chatting about developing our self awareness while navigating our Sri Lankan cultural expectations as well.
