#C19AZ (http://c19az.com) is a community-wide effort to help Arizonans impacted by COVID-19 get back to work, powered by Pipeline AZ.

The crisis response hub aggregates real-time immediate openings and coaches job seekers on pathways to future careers, connecting those affected by the crisis with industries in need. Employers on #C19A are able to:

- Immediately view job seekers who match needed skills

- Host virtual hiring events and 1:1 virtual interviews same-day

- Access the largest pool of workforce and education partners to design pathways for future skilled candidates

Job seekers have the benefit of:

- Matching with real-time local job listings aggregated in one place

- Receiving a career coach to guide them to opportunities and interface with employers

- Attend virtual hiring events

- Gain new skills through online training programs
