On this weeks episode Kelly welcomes Josh to the podcast.

Josh joins us from North London and shares his story of the loss of his daughter Leonie and son Clark.  (Leonie was born at 32 weeks and died 6 weeks old and  Clark was born at 34 weeks and died only 4 days old) Josh opens up about his feelings, the struggles they faced during Covid and the importance of mens mental health. 

Josh talks about how he and his partner Steph grieved so very differently, how it's changed them as individuals and how they are now looking to find themselves again. Josh describes that his new focus his supporting and helping bereaved families in any way he can.
