Breastfeeding is a skill both mum and baby learn together. Two strangers coming together, getting to know each other at each feed.

It can be challenging, intense, emotional and it come sometimes hurt whilst you are both learning. 

Why does it hurt? Well it is all about how you position and attach your baby at the Breast.
