After being thrown back in time in the last episode Barry makes some drastically different choices about how to handle the day. Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) have returned, along with Cold's little sister Lisa (Golden Glider, played by Peyton List) to retrieve their weapons and gain some powerful leverage against The Flash.
