Movie and TV writer Karen Han sits down and talks about her upbringing in the mid west, art history, following your passion, and more.

Karen is a writer based in New York City, and is currently Entertainment Reporter at Polygon. She studied art history at Bryn Mawr, and wrote her thesis on The Adventures of Tintin. She has written about film, TV, music, and video games for outlets such as The New York Times, The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, VICE, and NYMag/Vulture, and served on the 2019 Documentary Feature Competition jury at SXSW.
