In each episode of Bala Label, you listen to a simple individual story (could be funny even), then Chrystine Mhanna moves to “reflections” around the story, to finally land on “another scenario” with the storyteller.

Simply, this podcast is homemade with the support of beautiful friends. It's an attempt to escape from the labels imposed by society and dismantle concepts and events related to mental health, rights, and ideology.

These concepts often weaken communication between groups in Lebanon if not understood or spoken of.
