In this fast-paced modern world, feeling stressed is, unfortunately, an everyday occurrence. But can this ‘everyday stress’ affect your fertility?
The type of stress I are referring to is the chronic, low-grade, relentless stress that is the result of our overly complicated, high-pressure lifestyles. This type of stress is something the adrenal glands were not built to handle very well.
Of the two stress hormones, Cortisol has the biggest impact on fertility.
