Being a teenager in high school, I feel there are a lot of issues that aren’t addressed enough, like diet culture, insecurities, confidence, etc. This light-hearted podcast gives my take on those and how I deal with them. It also interviews teenagers and people who want to make a change in their world, and their advice to other teens.
