On May 6, 2019, my very close friend and Bar Fines musical collaborator, Bret Heide, lost his life unexpectedly while undergoing a surgical procedure. He was 56 years old.

Bret had the audacity to bare his soul through music and had always hoped that one of our songs would make him a rock star. These are all examples of awards our music will never win.

We are simply two amateur musicians who write, perform and produce our own original music (such as it is).
