Dr. Bray spends his life helping improve the world by working with individuals and organizations who want to make positive change, but are not fully prepared to do so. Dr. Bray discusses the importance of communicating with your staff prior, during and after changes are made. He also talked about how you need to help your staff understand how change will effect their daily tasks and what your new expectations for them will be. If you do have to let someone go because they don’t adapt to the changes you are making, then you should always try to make it a positive experience and do not turn your back on them just because things do not work out between the two of you. Dr. Bray also talked about how to embrace change, how important it is to test your changes for a period of time before you make additional changes. Making changes to often can be as dedtrimental to your business as not make any changes at all.
