Naike is fluent in 4 languages (in native Spanish, English, Italian and French) and uses each of these languages to help her continue the international growth of her business. Naike continues to share why it is important for each individual and business to have their own brand and how our brand should represent our core values. She talked about how one of her key values is giving back and how we can all benefit by sharing our ideas and successes with other people. She also confirmed that the desire for money alone is not enough to build a successful business. You must have passion and find joy in what you are doing. She also talked about how important it is to change your approach as a business owner from explaining the how and what that you do and to really starting looking at why you do the things you do. These are key insights for every business owner.
