This week we imbibe on Upper Hand Brewing's Sisu Stout, a barrel-aged Imperial Stout. We begin by reviewing the beer label, then dive into the beer review as we follow along with the BJCP Guidelines for cream ales. The review consists of our opinion on appearance, aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel. At the end, we discuss where it ranks on our Top 50 Specialty Beer list.
