Dave Coggin (born October 30, 1976), is an American former professional baseball pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies, from 2000 through 2002. He now owns a facility named PFA, (Performance For Athletes) that helps develop baseball, softball, and golf players to do better in their sport.

Personal life

Coggin lives with his wife Joanna and their golden retriever, “Huey Lewis”, in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Of course it's not the only thing but a main one, rest is good mechanics. This helps correct mechanics. Using the product is something to use daily but eventually you want to do it naturally. Keeping kids safe who play too much. Guys he has worked with when they were young who have gone on to the big leagues. How does the stride play into the mechanics and arm action.
