James, a former NCAA Division 1 Wrestler for Indiana University, shares stories about his competitive career, being recruited, and transitioning from competing, to coaching, and now to athletic administration and mentoring other coaches. James grew up in “Chicago Land” as a HUGE Bulls fan and even now continues to write articles covering Chicago sports teams. His perspective on the Bulls organization is an awesome listen.
