-Her journey into becoming a behavioural change expert and helping entrepreneurs to make right decisions.-“Before, the idea of quitting was my first go when something goes wrong”.-Fear is a pattern given by the brain pattern. everything that we feel including fear is a result of an underlying pattern.-Affirmation actually tells the brain, you got it wrong.-Human brain is not born knowing what to do.-The best thing we can do for ourselves as parents is working on ourselves.-“I created that” is a very powerful statement.-Simple is sometimes not easy.-As long as you got a fully functioning brain, you can re-pattern your brain.-If we don’t feel positive, it is because we have a pattern in our brain that does not think positive.-If you are procrastinating, then you are avoiding something.-Trying to fix the problem is compounding the problem.-Once you remove the old pattern, your brain automatically upgrades.-It's amazing what you can do when you get out of your way.
