What are you telling yourself? What are you allowing others to convince you of? Our mindset and happiness is so dependent upon us protecting what we allow into our ears. In this podcast I speak to this and also announce the future of this podcast. It has been a while as I took the summer off. As we near the winter months, I will be looking to get back to this once a week. This time, I will be looking to do it through YouTube as I have had many tell me how much they like it and yet don't chime in. With the absence of video, I have learned most tune out and would tune in of given the visual. For this reason, I look forward to connecting in via YouTube once I get up on that.
