Singer songwriter Parker Ainsworth brings the art of storytelling through music forth from a space that audiences can feel from the first chord. Originally from Austin Tx, this SoCal resident followed I-10 toward the ocean and a new beginning in 2009, eventually coming to hang his hat on a sailboat docked at the edge of LA. Since his arrival in California, Parker has toured from Los Angeles to Canada, building a loyal following along the west coast while maintaining his Austin roots and branching out to New York City.   When asked to describe his signature sound Parker uses the term Patchwork Soul as he believes to be an acoustic blend of folk, americana, blues and spoken word, all of the music he grew up listening to stitched into a unique blanket of sounds that feels strangely familiar.   Having recently joined up with Be Love Records to complete production on his second EP, “Leave on the Lights” due in late summer/early fall of 2011, Parker is moving forward with commitment and purpose.
