For so many of us when you think of Yoga we think of bendy postures, handstands, and stretching.

We think of the physical or asanas practiced in an effort of becoming more flexible and relaxed.  The postures are only 1 of 8 limbs of the ashtanga yoga method that ultimately leads to liberation.

Makenzie and I discuss all the ways in which the ancient ways can be so applicable to our modern times, and probably more necessary now than ever before.  You are probably already implementing some of these ancient practices and don't even know it.

Makenzie gives you easy ways to apply this method to enlightenment that will leave you with more peace and joy in your daily life.
