Hello friends! 

In the last episode, we discussed identifying fear-based thoughts also shared one of the easy yet effective ways to do that. Now after identifying these fear-based limited blocks logically the next step is to clear it right just clear delete them sounds pretty simple and straightforward it can be simple easy but sometimes it takes some amount of work to release some strongly embedded deep-rooted fear-based limited thought patterns.  

And as ironic it might sound most often we ourselves get in way of things for releasing or clearing these blocks and taking action towards the change we desire. It happens at times that even though we want to make some change in life and take charge of things we don’t take any actions towards desired changes which keep us stuck in the same unwanted situation…..has that ever happened to you? It has happened to me…. 

The major reason here could be internal ‘RESISTANCE’ towards shifting transforming fear-based limited stories to empowering beliefs and becoming our best authentic unapologetic selves.
