1. Stay hydrated. It’s very easy during the winter to find that we do not drink as much water as we need to. So make a conscious effort and drink your 8-10 glasses of water a day without fail
2. Switch to a slightly heavier moisturiser during winter. You will find that  your skin will appreciate the extra protection during these months

AS RECOMMENDED BY KAVITA FOR DRY SKIN:

1. Add a facial oil to your skincare routine. This can be pressed into your skin using your fingertips after applying your moisturiser
2. Leave your skin a bit damp before applying your body lotion or moisturiser. Damp skin absorbs skin care product much more effectively.
