Seriously, what comes after the pain and sadness? Anything?
It’s really hard to try and keep it together and carry your grief. Really fucking hard
I can’t help but relive the memories and moments leading up to my mom’s death. Unfortunately this is something I struggle with

It’s hard to be someone else’s life vest when you’re grieving.
I was really hoping there wouldn’t be a part two or another episode on this topic. But a little follow up about how COVID has impacted my grieving process.
