In this episode we invited coach Manny owner and founder of Instinct Muay Thai from Kendall.

We talked about his beginnings, his ideas about working out and competition training. He has been doing Muay Thai for around 15 years and enjoys the process of teaching it. Dr. Pedro Beers joined me and Johnny Mescal interviewing Coach Manny. We had a great time and great beers, cheers.
