This session is inspired by a lesson in the book, The Way of Mastery. The lesson is about karma, and how we find freedom from our karma when we bring unconditional Love to the effects of the choices we previously made.

For this meditation, Molly suggests you have a journal and pen close by. She reads questions from the lesson that help shed light on where in your life you need to bring unconditional love and healing (meditation begin at 10:13).
