Stress is a part of our daily lives but, perhaps right now, it's arguably at inordinately high levels for many of us.

In this episode, Denise Reaves, the founder of Balanced You, an online platform for teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, discusses how stress impacts our bodies and shares some simple pointers for how to help manage stress in our daily lives.

Denise used to work in an intense business environment overseas and then in technology in California. Through long hours, demanding timelines, and managing her family, she understandably felt burnt out and found mindfulness and meditation. That led her to create BalancedYou. If there's anyone who can talk us through stress during these troubling times, it's Denise!
