Tamia Hill was in her first year at Williams college studying psychology when the Corona virus smacked the world into a state of pause and bewilderment, fear and isolation. It felt like the end of the world to many of us and at the same time it became a calling for some to explore deeper within themselves. What did it all mean?

Tamia Hill went on a journey of exploration through shadow work and what she learned about herself left her with a yearning to pay the knowledge she acquired through her own metamorphosis forward so that others could heal themselves.
