Did I catch your attention with that title? Oops, don't hate me, but that's not really what this episode is about. Well, kind of, you'll see.

I have some strong feelings about certain approaches made by businesses in the fitness industry during this time, and I just wanted to come on here to share them with you all. My ultimate goal for this discussion is that you walk away feeling worthy of WHATEVER you choose to do, or eat, during the holiday season...especially this year. Oh yeah, I mention turning that freaking phrase into a drinking game because I feel like it's all I ever say anymore. 2020, do you feel SEEN yet?!
