This is take 21!! And I finally got through that! I tried so hard the other night to record that intro and I could not get it. I just did the same thing for, I wish you could see my screen right now it says recording number 21. This has never happened to me before. Normally things come natural. I am switching up my intro a little bit. So maybe that's what it is. But Hi, hello, how are we? It is Monday evening, I had a stellar Monday, I haven't had like a really good Monday in a really long time. I rode on my SoulCycle bike. For the first time in over a month, I did not get on that bike once in the month of February. I mean, I did have COVID and I'm still fatigued. I think it also has to do with me just not moving my body. And I think I'm just tired. And also I was out of the loop for three weeks. So getting back into work is kind of taking taking a lot out of me. 

So let's get into the meat and potatoes of this episode! Today I want to talk about my feelings and where I'm at in my health and wellness journey. Mostly because- I took up a lot of space on social media in the health coaching realm for a while. And I feel like I'm finally completely transitioned out of that. I mean, not 100% because I do share some things. I've always shared my journey as an accountability tool. I share things now because I'm constantly starting all over; I'll fall off and then I'm constantly starting over. And I'll share that start-over. And that momentum again. I say this all the time, motivation doesn't grow on trees, you have to create the motivation. And that's starting with you, that first workout you know, today I got on the bike for the first time in over a month. That's momentum towards something that's going to build that's going to snowball into something bigger. 

I shared something on my Instagram stories recently also about where I was a couple years ago and I've been been doing a lot of reflecting on my behaviors and the habits that I had at that time. And I want to tell the story. I hate the word journey. Just using the word journey for everything, I roll my eyes at myself. So when I was in the thick of my fitness "journey", I called it my fitness revolution. And I really liked that because it was, it was very fitness heavy for me.
