Episode 5: Reserves Day Special – Part of our Being Forces Friendly on the road series. Reservists play a crucial role in supporting UK defence, contributing many skills in specialist areas and taking part in peacekeeping and operations worldwide, over and above their day jobs. For this episode DRM went on the road and headed off to visit Airbus and sit down with some Reservists from the British Army and the Royal Air Force. With digital manager Tom Davies they discussed why they decided to become Reservists, what they love about it and how having a supportive employer like Airbus is important in balancing their civilian and military careers.
