Today, I'm catching up with one of my long-time good friends Emmy Mack of the Australian heavy rock/nu-metal band, Redhook!

Redhook are a band that got the formula right from the get-go and by the time they released their second single, they had completely quantum-leapt in their careers.  But whilst Redhook make it look easy on the outside, it wasn't always the case.

Join us for this chat where Emmy talks about her journey thus far, what she and her band still take care of even though they have a manager and booking agency, and how to grow when you feel like you've hit a plateau. 

Emmy is also an accomplished music journalist and staple in the Australian music industry so it was a pleasure to chat with her about the highs and lows of pursuing this rather unconventional pathway.\
