Intermission: a pause or break.

Being Me Movement is celebrating Season One and taking a pause, an intermission, to prepare for Season Two (September).

This will give you space to listen to all our guests and absorb their beautiful and bestness.

And you’ll be given a little homework (or as I like to call it “playful practice.”
