The truly healthiest way to eat is to eat whatever you want, whenever you want, even as much as you want.

I’d even argue that despite what diets, “healthy eating plans” and really the whole health and wellness industry as a whole need you to believe, it’s the only way to actually eat healthy and in this (and the next) episode, I’m talking about the science of nutrition, explaining why I say eating what you want is the healthiest way to eat and exactly what I mean by it.
