WHAT THE HELL just happened to our country!? We live in the United States but are we living in “A state of unity?” The presidential election has just taken the world by storm. People are shocked and even experiencing feelings of “mourning.”

There is out-rage and dissension but as some protest and demand change, others are celebrating because they believe change is exactly what we needed it and we have it.

Despite your beliefs about who should have won. One thing we can all agree on is that the candidates for both parties represented the brokenness in politics and in our society.

"I" believe that the Universe held its mirror to our faces to reveal just how we really think, feel, behave and show up in the world.

For those of us who consciously want to see a change in the world without division and who are not willing to relax our standards, we can L.I.V.E integral lives that reflect a commonality for ALL MAN KIND and stretch beyond the limitation of our segregated thoughts, minds and opinions.
