I engaged in personal development and started to totally rebuild myself. I was slowly making the right decisions, growing my knowledge in the health and wellness industry. One year later I lost 110 pounds; something that I thought could never happen in 10 years. It was my first breakthrough and I’m on my way to create many more. If you want to lose weight you definitely have to exercise and pay closer attention to what you eat. One thing I’m convinced of is that the starting point for a real transformation is to engage in a personal development journey.
