In this second and final part of the Podcast, Nelufar talks about having empathy for the new generation who have been weighed down with so many pressures in addition to having to deal with Co-vid related struggles whether it be in terms of job losses, mental struggles and it's important to hang in there.

On a lighter note, she talks about being a Master Chef, being able to cook up amazing Afghan delicacies and spending time with her Mother in the kitchen while growing up.
