This episode is dedicated to you. We are discussing "self-worth." Understanding what self-worth is and how it affects who you are and your behaviors. Sometimes we allow people to speak negative things in our lives knowingly and/or unknowingly. We must be able to identify what could possibly affect us and stop us from being everything we are meant to be. 

We hope you enjoy this conversation. We have taken a serious topic and tried to really dive into the depths of your heart. At times we are light hearted and we laugh a lot. The laughter shows the camaraderie of three women who have been around for a while and have experienced things that could have taken a toll. However, as we discuss this topic, our prayer is for you to identify places in your life where change can take place so you can walk into your God-given purpose.
