Sandra Sucher, Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, is an internationally recognized trust researcher and co-author with Shalene Gupta of The Power of Trust: How Companies Build It, Lose It, Regain It, PublicAffairs, 2021. Prior to HBS, Sandra was a senior executive at Fidelity Investments and in fashion retailing. Sandra is on the advisory board of the Edelman Trust Institute, collaborates with Deloitte on Trust IQ, and with PwC on their Trust Leadership Institute.
