Welcome to today’s episode – a guided meditation to help you re-enter your natural flow.

Today we’re focusing on balancing Savidhistana, which is the sacral chakra. Your sacral chakra is responsible for creativity, sensual pleasures, intimacy and relationships. Located just below the navel, it enables you to express your creativity and emotions and plays an active role in defining your sexual needs and desires.

An imbalance in the life force energy of the Sacral Chakra can lead to depression, detachment, obsessive tendencies and poor boundaries. 

This imbalance can manifest as anaemia, lower back pain, impotence and menstrual irregularity. 

This episode continues the special series of meditations that I have created to help bring balance and calm to your day. Look out for these every alternate week. 

In this series, I’ll be taking you through 7 unique journeys. These will be centred around the bio-electromagnetic system - aka the Chakra system.
